    I use S.N.A.P. auto poster and whenever I make a post on my blog, it automatically posts an excerpt to my connected F.B. fan page. It is a very nice tool to have.

    Yes, using a good auto poster can save you a lot of time especially if you want to schedule your ads on multiple fan pages that you manage or in groups.
    You have only to pay attention on how you schedule the posts and try not to post duplicate content.
    I am using Facebook Sharer PRO which has a lot of options and saves a lot of time.
    But, again, you must pay attention on the diversity of the ads you are posting and how you schedule the campaigns.
