Youtube Ranking Questions

Something weird is happening with one of my videos on Youtube and I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar.

1) When I search for my video using the account that the video is uploaded on, it appears on page 1 of the search results for the main keyword I am trying to rank for.
BUT if I change my Youtube channel and search for the same keyword, the same video is only ranked on page 6.

2) Sometimes I cannot even find my video in the rankings no matter what channel I use to search for it. Then, maybe an hour later or a day later, I search again and then my video is visible again. This has happened a few times.

Just wondering if anyone has any similar experiences with their videos.

It's hard to say for sure, but have you tried logging out of your Gmail or +1 account? I Know it's basic information, but it does make a difference to your own ranking.

  Thanks, I have tried logging in and out but get more or less the same.
  With regards to the different results customized to personal viewing, that is something I have considered but I've noticed that when I switch channels and run my search all the other videos seem to maintain the same positions except my video.

Even I have the similar issue.. As per my knowledge, The uploaded videos is a playlist. But it is a default You Tube created Playlist and what we upload in that cannot be re-ordered.

  Personalized Search Results. If you're logged into any Google account Google will do its job and display relevant search results based on what they know you're interested in. Log out or use incognito mode. Basic SEO stuff. No mystery, no shenanigans.
