I had seen only posting in groups, pages is a way of selling products.

Facebook is testing to add 'SELL' feature on the groups, after realizing that many are selling there items on the facebook groups.
Without the feature there many options of selling your items on the facebook.
Create a fanpage for your business and share the items on it(with the links) on the page.
Join in the groups of similar business or any other group which allow you sell the items and sell them.
You can also improve your network and share the items on the profile.
