I will be promoting teespring t-shirts on different facebook groups
and i need to track how many sales are coming in for each group

Will this work for tracking sales for each group with only one t-shirt
design

on teespring.

    Go to https://www.google.com/analytics
    Create an account. If you already have a Google Analytics account, go to Admin, under the Account column, select "Create New Account"*
    Choose whatever account name you want. When prompted for Website URL, enter teespring.com. Then click "Get Tracking ID"
    Copy your Tracking ID. It will look something like: UA-XXXXXXXX-X
