RT Vs reply : what is the best to get followers ?
Hi,
I am a complete newbie with Twitter so please don't mock my lack of knowledge and understanding.
Someone with many followers just tweeted about me.
I was wondering, what is the best strategy for me to capitalize on this persons followers (he works in the same field and tweets about it so i am interested in capitalizing on his fans) :
- RT his tweet ?
- reply to his tweet and mention him in my reply ?
- both ?
Also, if you answer, could you explain why, I would like to get a better sense of how Twitter works.
