Is there a way to automatically give someone a "free gift" via like or following on FB or Twitter?

Quick question for ya. I'm working on expanding my social media presence on fb and twitter and I have two "free reports" or free ebooks I know i can get tons of fb likes and twitter followers if I offer it in exchange for liking my fb or following me on twitter...
Just like an email list... Is there a way to automatically send someone this pdf or link in return for them liking me or following me via fb and twitter. I'm looking to give one free report specifically if they follow me on twitter and another one if they like me on fb.
I'm hoping/expecting to get tons of interested generated by this. Please let me know what you think.
