(VIDEO TUTORIAL) How to use Twitter to create Viral Content

1 replies

Step 1: Determine the competitor domain you want to research (For this video tutorial, I used JohnChow.Com)

Step 2: Go to Quicksprout.com and enter the domain of the site you want to reverse engineer.

Step 3: Click the Social Tab

Step 4: Find the most viral content you wish to reverse engineer

Step 5: Enter the url of the viral content into Topsy

Step 6: Find the people that shared that content in the past.

NOT IN VIDEO;

Create a better version of the content
Reach out to people who shared similar content and ask them to share yours... Since your content is of higher quality/offers more items, you should get quite a bit of people sharing your stuff.

To your success!

      Thanks, Thomas. The key is to BUILD on what your competition is doing right and fill in the GAPS so you get a competitive advantage.

      Simply replicating their footprint on social media isn't enough, it's the EXTRA (filling in the gaps) that makes all the difference. That's what puts you ahead.

      The tutorial just gets you up to speed quickly.
