how to prevent yourself get temp ban from posting in groups in FB?

Is there any tricks?

I been temp ban two times within this month gee.....

I saw others have no problem keep posting in various groups whole day.

    do you continue to post the exact same thing? try changing it up so it doesn't seem like spam

    Joining irrelevant groups will make you ban. If you have posted the stuff which is not relevant to the group, then group members will start reporting you, then facebook will block your rights.
    Rigorously sending friend requests and requests to the groups. Usually we will not get banned when we send requests to the groups but if they are closed groups confined to few rules then they might report you.
    Select open groups and send request to them first if you get approved and send request to other groups. Mean while make few post on your time line also and start engaging with other members posts.
    After joining the groups read for the group rules and follow those group rules while posting.

      but whole day post in Different groups ONCE ...should not get you ban right?

      I always " suspect " they might have an auto bot like monitor how many times you post ....in groups perhaps they set like a max no .....if you over this max...the bot will temp ban u

    You need to post (Max. 100 Groups per day) If you do more (FB Going to put you in jail) and you need to post every 5 minutes in one group and don't post 2 time a day in the same groups.

    Post different different quality posts and update your profile on daily basis.

    You just have to space out your posts & change the content in your posts.

    Usually post about 10-15 times then wait about an hour to start posting again. Also as federal06 mentioned post less than 100 times a day.
