Engage fans on Facebook page

I work for an organization which is into printing digital photos and personalized gifts.
But off late there has been hardly any post done on facebook other than quotes related to moments & memories which in a way if giving a negative impact and there has been page dislikes too. Ultimately orders has been dropped down drastically.

Can you tell me ways how to engage the fans or the followers? What kind of unpaid activities can be done on the page?

    Doing daily activities on your page is the first priority to make fans. You can post videos, images or other your niche related news on your Facebook page. You can like pages and join groups.

      Be active, that's the "big secret" revealed! Social media is all about being active and interacting with your fans and what better way to do it other than offering them something to like / share / comment on?

    Try Post Planner, it costs $9+ per month but it will recommend content based on what's trending and schedule it so you don't have to think too much. It helps if time is the issue and you just want regular content, it won't be as good as original content but it is better than being forgotten by your fans.

    How often do you post?
    You must post often to engage your fans.
    Additionally, FB made recent changes on how posts appear on fans' newsfeed. Basically, it will show less activities on posts from your friends. But it will still showing posts directly from fan pages, then posting regularly great images, text, videos, giveaways, etc. and replying comments from users will keep fans engaged.

    Give contests to your fans/followers! A step I would have to do on my fanpage too... =)

    Why not give them some great offers? Exclusive offers that they can't resist will be the best option. These offers can be anything from your products to someone else's whom you would like to partner with for just that specific offer.

    Engage them with "their daily routine" , make their boring sound magical .Easier said than done..this is how you will be winning it.Also why not try some sponsored shout out with your loyal customers or influencers ?

    Posting videos.

    Have you seen how many damn views those videos get?

    It's insanity!

    Post informative videos, news and articles from the niche of products you have. Secondly share motivational quotes once a day try to join communities on facebook, make friends and ask them to like your page and not forget to post the discounts which you are giving on your products in that way slowly and gradually i am sure you will get back your traffic and orders also.
