FB Group Posting Software

I'm looking for a simple and effective group posting tool which allow you to post to hundreds of groups. Do you have recommendations?

As I remember, "Hootsuite" had this option. You may want to look into it.
Also be careful. Posting to a big amount of groups can lead your account to be blocked.
