    IFTTT
    Onlywire
    Sendible
    Hootsuite
  • For tracking / analytics on your social media efforts I recommend checking out cyfe.com. It will also track anything else you can imagine and it's free. Hope this helps.

    • If you're serious about Facebook fan pages, you should check out FPTraffic by Luke Kling (Peerfly). It lets you automate your posts on a set schedule, search for images from multiple sources, as well as Youtube videos, and schedule them straight to your fan page.

      It has lots of more features, but I believe those are the most important as far as managing your fan pages go.
