Create a FB page - Local Business or Company?

When I go to 'Create Page' on Facebook, there are several choices. I want a page to be named after my web site, but I don't know whether to start it under "Local Business or Place" choice, or the "Company, Organization, Institution" choice.
The web site is for business services local, regional and national.
What's the difference between the "Local Business or Place" choice, and the "Company, Organization, Institution" choice?
