Youtube embedding limitations

Hey guys, I want to make a free ecourse for the purpose of building a list. My plan is to embed a number of youtube videos and generate quizzes and discussion questions about the content therein. From what I can glean from their TOU this is acceptable, but I want to get some feedback from marketers with more experience embedding youtube vids. Below is a summary of their TOU with regard to embedding:

* The video has to have been posted by the copyright holder
* They need to have allowed for it to be embeddable (almost all videos on youtube allow this)
* You need to use the youtube embeddable player
* You may not modify the content
* You can't sell access to the videos
* You have to provide additional value if you want to have ads running on your site

What you guys think?
