Can you outrank a youtube video that have 4 million views ?

Hi guys.
I decided to hop on the train of youtube marketing , and found a niche ,found a product , found keyword that get 60K searches per month and youtube with not that much seo in it ,ranking in the 3rd spot.
The problem is this youtube video is very informative , about 13 minutes long ,and have around 4 millions views ,and also a lot of subsribers ...
The owner of the channel.is pretty popular.

Can you outrank it ?
It will be easy with just simple SEO , tags ,headline and backlinks ?

    Sure you can outrank him, but you would have to drive enormous traffic and social signals to your video, which would probably exceed your budget.

    Also his channel is more aged and more reputated then yours.

    YT OnPage SEO wont help you much in this case.

    I would forget about this unless you are willing lots of money.

    No it will not be that easy. At this point you will need some luck too.
