Is it a violation of Facebook to use "scraping" software to market affiliate programs? What is the best way to create highly tartgeted PPC Facebook ads using this type of software?
Is there a better way?

  • Technically, no but it's the data that matters. Scrape all you like and analyze your collection to narrow down your demographics, but in my experience you need the user's permission to use the opengraph for stuff and things to avoid being banned long term.

  • Extracting target audience is not banned by fb yet you can use any tool for your required campaign.

    • But after latest Fb updates most of the scrapers are useless. You can still scrape Fb email adresses, but you can`t use them to creating a custom audience, because Fb won`t correlate them with users IDs.

      That is why I am looking for a scraper which can extract real Fb user email adressess, without @facebook.com. If anybody know this kind of software or is able to code working thing, please send me a PM.
