Trying to post an image in a tweet on twitter

Hey guys,

I may sound like an idiot but I'm having trouble posting an image in a tweet. I just started on twitter and I guess there was a photo icon below the tweet box but it's either gone or I don't see it. I tried getting info on the twitter help pages but no luck. Would someone please provide the steps to put in image in a tweet.

    On desktop. Compose tweet and there's a camera. Hit that and download the photo.

    On mobile: compose tweet and theres a photo button in the middle of the 3 buttons. you cant miss it. upload and tweet.
