How to pull Facebook Content into Wordpress site

I wanted to ask if it if possible to have a page on my wordpress site that pulls the updates and images I make on my Facebook account straight into it?

So when I make an update to my Facebook (basic text and image), is it possible for a plugin to automatically pull that FB post into my WP website?

    Just make a new page and name it "Get Social" or whatever you would like it.
    Place it in the header menu and Use this.
