Facebook login issues

Hi, guys for one of my site Facebook asking for ID proof. As per my knowledge Facebook never ask for such proof. Any suggestion what to do now?

  • I think that you should contact them directly and ask them for help.

    It seems to me like they want to verify YOU and to see if you are the one who is logging into your account. I think that this is a security measure.

  • They think it's a fake id and want to verify you.I think you should give details whom they want.
  • The only thing you can do is to send them a screenshot/image of your ID. It was there before if you just read their terms or policy whatsoever.
