How to setup fundraising on Facebook for sister

My sister has a special person she wants to setup a donation on her Facebook page.

Not sure how to do this.

I would think that a special page would be setup with the details and a donate button.

But what about on her wall?

Does she have to continually post the link or is there another way for people to have something to click on?

I sure could use some advice.
