So it can grab UIDs... who cares. We can't use them.
I've asked for a refund since day 1 and my request goes unanswered.

    did you try to work with interests?
    I tried to use interests on my latest fb camps using this tool I found - social targeting pro, its a scrapper that helps you find interests and UID's from facebook pages, groups, events or any keyword/search term you enter.
    worth the try.

    its still working.
    if you want to play it safe you can scrape also for interests or fb emails (for example- fb emails of people who liked {specific page} and live in the US), with those emails you can do some email marketing which i found very effective lately.
