What are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to sell stuff? Facebook Ads, when done correctly, are the most surefire way of driving traffic and building a brand. What you are trying to do is probably the LEAST efficient way of going about things.

I agree with wolfmmii. Don't get why you are trying to contact other Facebook pages's owners. It would be much simpler if you just promoted your website on Facebook. It's not that expensive after all.

The best thing to do is learn very well how manage facebook ads...
anyway , if you don't feel sure you could advertise your page for free.
Add contact with your profile and share content every day.
write articles, do questions, post photos and interact with comment.

Remember to interact also with other pages and connect page with other social!

Thank you guys for your advices.
Facebook Ads is very good if you are planning to promote affiliate offers.
My situation is driving traffic to my websites, so I can't cost $0.2 per visit, that's will be so expensive.
I'm trying to buy traffic on Facebook pages and that may be cost me less than Facebook Ads.

Waiting for more advices.

I don't use Facebook to promote affiliate offers. I use it to drive traffic to my websites - and the traffic is all free.

Do yourself a HUGE favor. Instead of running website click ads, run a well-targeted "like" campaign and build up a sizable fanbase. Once you've done that, post links to your website on your Facebook page. Voila - instant traffic.

As an example - I run a few smallish fan pages (fewer than 2000 fans each). A few of them generate upwards of 1000 visits per day to their respective websites.

When you target your "like" campaigns right, you can build a fan base for as little as $0.07 per like (even less when targeting non-US fans).

I have some pages for my websites ( 100 to 1000 likes) they are all real fans.
But when post something on those pages only some people reach the post.
So, we will back to Boost post.

If your reach is that bad, it's because your content is just not that interesting to your fan base. When I post links on my facebook page, no fewer than 40% of my fans see that content.

To improve your reach, you need to post more engaging content so your fans interact with it.

You can't give up on paid ads if they don't work, there can be million things that you could have done wrong (Sorry for being harsh but it's true!)

And trying to contact fanpage owners for promotion seems like a pretty far-fetched process..

Never give up. If you wan't to get realy good in it and find out who is your targeted audience, just try different things by your own. TEST TEST TEST and some day you will see proper results
