Instagram app

I'm developing (Java) a social marketing service that is integrated with Instagram! The first part of my work using Instagram API: done! READ data process: get followers, following, recent feed ....
I want now to post, follow and like but apparently new third-party Instagram apps need special permission and must apply to follow or like!
Does anyone know any third party api or website that I can use to do what I'm asking without using IG API?
any advice will be greatly appreciated

    You'll need to contact Instagram. If anybody has these permissions, it's usually against the TOS to share them with anybody else.

    This is the worst part of working with APIs. Anything worth doing always requires special permission and communication with the provider, and usually $$$.

      I requested twice at https://help.instagram.com/contact/185819881608116! But they rejected my request !!

    This is a site that works with Instagram and I believe it can be used for other apps and software.

    Let me know how this goes if you get to use this site!
