    I'm interested in anyone answering this as well. What types of offers/campaigns have you tried? It seems like CPA offers and maybe even selling T-shirts might work but would like to hear any feedback. I've yet to give it a go.

    Yes, I have seen couple of guys had great success with twitter ads, their cost of leads/sales were nearly the same as other traffic sources though..

    It seems the Twitter ads for me are very expensive. I paid $10 for a promoted tweet that got 10 clicks and the estimate said it would get six. I was glad I got ten, but none of those clicks resulted in any sales. And the traffic it brought brought a little amount of people to stay on the site. I would like to see it be a better source for my advertisement.

    I tried them out last Summer. I didn't get the same results as I would with Facebook and other PPC campaigns. Much more expensive too. I just got the vibe that the advertising there is better left to the big mainstream businesses with disposable income.
