I would also look into better on page SEO. You need better descriptions. Some of your videos need better titles.
Utilize social media.
Paid advertising.
Keep Creating and adding videos to your channel. Consistency is key.
Basically, do some of the things you advertise in your signature.

I don't think you will make much money using YouTube's advertising network. You really need a lot of views to make it worth your while. For that, I think you have to make entertainment videos, not instructional videos. If you want to create instructional videos, then you are going to have to promote or create products with a funnel, on your own website, to make decent money.

Next, create better videos. YouTube is all about entertaining, demonstrating or teaching.

In your instructional videos, you need a voice to teach, not music. You really have to demonstrate as well as tell your viewer how to do it. If you are not English speaking and want it for English speakers, then hire someone to read your script.

For your HTML videos I clicked on and clicked off right away. If I am going to read and listen to music, I would rather go to a book-store like Barnes and Nobles, where I live and read a book in their coffee shop. I would get more information out of a book, and I could listen to music in the background. Your videos told and showed me nothing.

You need to remember, viewers are not stupid and they have to get something out of a video, They need to learn or be entertained or get enjoyment out of the video. if you want them to watch your other videos and subscribe to your channel and buy, you must give them something that they feel will help them. They also should be able to take away something of value after watching.Then they will be happy and want more.
