How to bulk follow via Twitter

Hey all,

I have a csv of 100s of twitter handles. Is there a way to create a list in twitter and bulk follow them?

I really dont want to enter each individual one in twitter and clicking follow.

Do I need to use a tool or is their a function on twitter that lets me do that?
