Is Facebook the next Myspace?

Or do you think FB will be relevant in 5-10 years? I know it might be sort of a rhetoric question because we don't know how emerging technologies are going to change how we interact through social media, but I'd still like to hear your opinions.

Facebook is so engrained into the internet that I don't see it dying off anytime soon. If I had to guess, I'd say that it will have only grown larger and more active in 5~10 years time. I think others like Twitter and Instagram may burn out eventually. I actually wrote an article on this a few months ago. I'm curious to read what others have to say too.

Facebook is the BIGGEST and, overall the best. Yes, it does have bugs and things that annoy people but NO social media site is 100% perfect. I believe it will last longer than the others because it can be used for so many different things. You have the people who post everything they do each day (like an online journal), people who just share posts and photos, and then you get business people who use it to make money. It's a win-win program for everyone.

Facebook is the Google in social media! They have the dominance and the budget to further enhance their products and services(just like google) so I don't see them going south provided they continue to improve and enhance users experience.
