How can I find the most popular questions or posts in a specific niche?

For example, if I was managing a website about "sports in the Philippines" and I wanted to focus on soccer in particular because I was selling soccer equipment or promoting soccer in the Philippines (hypothetically), what tool or website could I use to find the most popular posts within that niche? What I mean by that is what tweets, facebook posts, reddit posts, etc.that gets asked the most often, gets retweeted often, gets liked often, or pretty much has the most engagement and interaction? A tool that shows you what topics and content has the most popularity within a niche. Looking for free tools

Try checking out Trove.com and Triberr.com - enter a keyword and they'll immediately show you the trending posts and stuff. It's free too.

And no, if you're a wise businessman, you wouldn't be selling soccer apparel in the Philippines. Basketball is king bruh #PUSO2019.

Awesome to see a kababayan here.

Did I mention I was being hypothetical? HAHA. Well you still have the Azkals and "football" as they call it in the Philippines wll pick up momentum as time goes on. I would be more than happy to join a FIlipino soccer league.

But back on point, I'll check those tools out, thanks!

Yeah dude, I know hahaha. I was being hypothetical as well I was just sharing a lighthearted moment

Big fan of the Azkals as well, and I'm hoping they make it to the 2nd round of the WC qualifiers!

If there were tryouts, I would take a chance in being a league but I have no idea where the soccer clubs for foreigners are haha.

I found this one tool for showing what topics have the most engagement but I'll have to find the name of it in my bookmarks then post it up. Really nice tool. Topsy is kinda confusing because all it shows is what are the most posted tweets. Doesn't show what tweets have the most comments and favorites and retweets.

  • Topsy.com and Buzzsumo.com would be great tools for you. These tools will help you to find most shared content for a particular niche.

Is Buzzsumo really free? Thought it was a paid tool? And I checked out Topsy. Interesting tool but it seems to only focus on twitter. How about facebook? How would I know what tweets had the most retweets or the most comments? Same with facebook posts. Topsy seems to show tweets that get posted the most often by different users.
