Hello i want to start with IG but idk the follow and like limit
my account is month old with 20 post

    Follow limit is 50/hr and like is 200/hour. Spread them out in the hour though, not all at once. I would stay well under that though since your account is really new. Move up gradually

    The limits keep changing it seems. You can go to an account that is similar to yours and click followers and start following all their followers and count em off. Once you hit the limit the follow button will not follow anymore. It will turn green and say following and then it will turn back to follow. That means you hit the limit for at least 20 minutes. You can automate your following commentin g and liking by using a service like instagress.com. Building up a following manually can get tedious and time consuming.

    But I think radis is right on the money.

    Instagram will limit how many people you can follow within a period of time. If you follow too many people within an hour, or even a day, you will receive a message telling you the limit has been reached. As far as I’ve been able to confirm, Instagram only allows you to follow/unfollow 160 people per hour.
    There is also a limit on the number of likes you can perform on Instagram. This limit is 350 likes per hour. Chances are, unless you’re using an automated tool or are highly active on Instagram, you won’t hit this limit.

    according to API limit, I believe if you follow 50 per hour, 50 like per hour and 50 comments per hour, then I believe you are in the safe side..

    If you do manually, you should worry about the limits..

    I've been growing my accounts on autopilot using Instagress and they keep your liking, commenting, following and unfollowing within Instagrams limits so they basically throttle you to keep you within Instagrams limits so now I don't have to worry about it.

    But if you're serious about business, you should be on Twitter.

    Because Instagram is mostly for teens and models

    and for me in the past i used to get every 6 likes one follower

    To be on safer side do 50 -70 likes, comment and follow per hours..

    Do slow increment, don't right away jump to 300 follows a day.

    My recommendation and fomula I stick to is 60-90 Follow/day for the first week and double of the follow for likes and every end of the week I increase by 50-60. Note never go above following 600 in a day.

    And once you reached 7500 unfollow them. No point mid-way unfollow, people would just notice that.

    Maximum follow limit: 800/day, but I prefer to avoid reaching limits.
    Like limits: 600 likes per day
    Comments limits: 250/day would be safe.

    Hi, You can safely like per day upto 1.5x the amount of follows you do. Say, for instance, your follow limit is 400/day,
    that allows you up to 600 likes per day.
    I set my follow limit for new Instagram accounts at 300 – 350/day for the first week. I then increase that number by
    between 50 – 70 every other week that follows until I reach a maximum of 800/day for that account.
    It is possible to go beyond 800/day when your numbers grow but I prefer to avoid reaching limits when my accounts would
    get temporary bans.
