Youtube Marketing problem

I just finished a course on youtube marketing but it left me a little bit confused about something,
1)for example the course said if am promoting a CPA offer in weight-loss and let's say the name of the product is greentree, I need to make my Gmail, channel name, etc to contain the keyword(greentea). Now I'll definitely be promoting other cpa weight-loss products meaning everytime I promote a different product I have to make a channel, Gmail account etc for that product.... Won't that be creating too many Gmail accounts and channels in the long run.
2) I wanted to create a channel where I'll be giving affiliate product reviews on different products in the making money online niche but don't know how to go about this if I have to create a different Gmail account and channel for every product I want to review.

Your google+ account will need to have your keyword contained in your VanityURL. Above that, having your channel/website name in your URL it'll help.

    Still though, views are king.

In my experience, it helps to have the keywords in your channel name.

I agree with you Jimmy but this just means I'll be making different Gmail accounts for different channels.... If it's like that guess I'll just have to deal with it.
