Pinterest has been cracking down on affiliate links more and more. Your best bet would be to use a different domain and redirect it to the affiliate link and share that instead. That or redirecting a blogger blog should do the trick.

        Hello!
affiliate links are difficult on pinterst becasue they use their own backdoor method for using making $$.

take your affiliate link and make it into a tiny url.
use this site to do it: rdd.me and post that and see if that works!
        Good luck.

Going to offer some different advice.

While you could indeed patch up the problem (register a domain, redirect, either via your registrar or, better, via a timed delay on the new domain's website), it really is just that - a "patch up" situation. You're temporarily solving a problem that will recur, only next time it might be the entire Pinterest account that you lose.

We could talk Pinterest strategies all day. Succinct help: take a look at the big names on Pinterest and see how they operate. It may mean starting again, or it may mean merely sorting out your account, but I think you'll find it helpful. Anyway! Best of luck. It's always a pain when a spanner gets thrown into the works. I hope you sort it out.

Never post an affiliate link directly even through a redirect. A landing page with your own URL or a blog post That send your visitors to your affiliate link is your best bet when it comes to affiliate links

Hey y'all, Been experimenting with Pinterest lately in Multiple niches. ... Lotta people are focussing on Twitter, Facebook and the other big name social sites. I've actually found it a lot easier to build a bigger following in a shorter time on Pinterest than any of the other social media
