That is also very good answer, but most of the users, that's not taking our services and if they want to take any services in the future, how we can attract these type of user with our online reputation.

Yes, SEO specialization plays a role. You need to know how to rank a specific keyword and need to know how to handle that for a client. And if you have a website where clients bought packages and left reviews, that would be a plus for your online reputation.

The best way to manage your online reputation is by using Google plus and facebook to get your business reviews. And another way is to list your business in business directories and let people say what they think about you

I think hiring on a social media marketer/manager to put out positive content about your business and highlight strengths of that certain executive would do wonders. If you also utilize SEO to help rank the more positive keywords, it should help combat any negative publicity that is out there.

Write reviews on social media and cover all the bad reviews on external websites with the positive ones. Create some new rich articles on the web, try to delete negative comments. However, the first thing you should do is to think if you done everything right and do the same mistakes twice, because if you be doing the same, then your work will blow out. So first change the direciton your brand thinks and presents themselfs.
