What type of landing page should i use to promote my web design agency?

I am creating a funnel for my web design agency, I am offering a free consultancy plus hosting for one year. What I want to know is, when the person click on my ad on facebook, should i led him to a landing page that will pull the information in a form (name, email, telephone, name of company) with my phone number in case they want to contact me, or is it better to giveaway some information either in pdf or video, which they will have to first register on my list to get, which one you guys think it will convert better?
