I assume the answer is no but I'll ask anyway.
Can I take pictures that I like on Pinterest, download and then upload them again and embed my own link? (Basically what I mean is changing the URL of the image)

And another question is, can I use images from Pinterest on my website\blog or is it Illegal?

    It's illegal to use them on your own website without permission of the rightful owners.

    As for changing the url for Pinterest, well, people do it all the time. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying they do it.

    You don't have to download the image. Just repin it to your own board and then edit the url.

    Another option that's more legit than changing the url is to place your url in the description area (instead of the website url field) with a soft call to action to visit your site.

    As far as using images on your site you can embed widgets that don't involve you actually taking pins completely off of the Pinterest site. Similar to embedding a YouTube video

    No you can't do that this is copy wright issue, You can't do it. If you want to do that just put Image source below the image in your website or blog. But in pinterest you can't do as you said above.

    Absolutely illegal but you can use if you can't buy but never use them for a brand or an international business website. However you can make some changes in image and then copyright issue will not remain.
