Facebook advertising optimisation for conversions
The trouble is for 30 clicks im only getting around 1 signup, the link on the adverts I have done says "sign-up" and then if clicked the user will go to my sign up page, which is pretty basic email and password.
I was wondering if im wasteing a oppurtunity by not sending the users to a landing page which sells our idea a bit more and why they should sign up ?
Im just suprised that after each click the people are not signing up straight away, as they are pressing a link which says sign up!
Whats the standard procedure for a marketing campaign like this from a marketers point of view? would you see it as a waste to only send users to a basic sign up page which does not sell the reason to sign up.
Im asking the question first before going ahead to create a landing page in case im told this will make no difference to my conversions, what are your views, thanks in advance, Martin
