I was wondering how some of the pages on Facebook managed to get over 5 million likes such as this one? https://www.facebook.com/OfficialFun...yVideo?fref=ts

Are there any super fast ways to grow likes? Thanks

  • No idea, other than paid promotion but they dont seem to be selling anything so not likely. Maybe in this world 'entertainment' is best served in tiny little snippets right in front of us several time a day...... Anyways Im following this thread in hopes I can one day have a following like that too
  • Getting that many likes on facebook page only comes from posting "valuable" content and promoting your page. Likes on a facebook page doesn't matter as much as how much engagement you're getting from those 5 million likes.

Furthermore, I wouldn't suggest building your business on facebook since facebook has total control over everything that happens. As an example, a few years ago you were able to reach your entire audience when you posted a status update on your fan page.

Now, you can only reach anywhere from 6%-16% of your audience on your fan page.

So if you had 10,000 fans on your page and you posted a status update, only 600-1600 people are going to see it.

Now I'm not saying there's anything wrong with building a fan page, I just wouldn't build my platform and audience on facebook or any other social media platform for my business.

That's only if that's what you're thinking. Just my two cents.

    Cheers!

  • There are many ways to do it. Like you can put a interesting title as your Facebook pages such as "What games to play, what is next?" A lot of weird names can get a lot of likes. It is what people used to do to gather a lot of likes.

5 million likes can be also memes pages where you create pictures that are very viral, funny, interesting, many people like those pages as they give them laughters.
  • There are social media management tools that will manage your social media pages automatically according to you. This will help you to save your plenty of time and focus on other things that are relevant for your business.
  • I did notice they keep sending traffic to diply.com, so maybe there is some income though there. I'm sure they are using FB PPC to get a bunch of those likes though.

Once you figure out an ad that will generate 1-2 cent likes (by split testing), you can just keep pouring money into it until you hit the number of likes you want. I think it's a little easier to do this with entertainment pages, people love to be entertained.

This is how I do it-
Keep it simple. Run 2 ads with the same text, but different pictures. Keep the one that performs best and then run that one against another ad with a different picture(same text). Keep the winner, repeat.

The same applies to the ad text. When you find a picture that performs well, keep it, and start making small changes in the text. Run 2 ads together with the same picture, but different text. Keep the winner, test it against another ad with different text, repeat.

I actually love testing ads like this because it's exciting seeing the results. You just need to be careful, because if you let the poor performing ads run for too long, you're Ad spend budget is going to get expensive...
  • A lot of these pages use fake tools and stuff to get fake likes. It might turn out in a good use though, as it will attract real people to like and so it will be profitable, but not all the time.
  • When they've started this page, facebook was only just improving their post showing algorithm and there was a niche for quite some time, for example if your page was posting any kind of funny videos and then someone liked them then their friends immediatly saw that you liked a video on this particular page, so if the video went viral, just imagine how many people saw this page and probably liked it bcause it was providing funny content. So first they build a nice/huge fanbase and after facebook canceled this idea of organic reaching new people, they already had a fanbase, which naturaly re-posted their videos. The math is simple - if you gain 100K fans, then everything becomes more simple with each post.
  • You can try by posting good & valuable content only. On the other hand you can use the "addmefast". It is a site, by which you can increase your facebook "LIKE" incredible. There are some more site, by which you will be able to increase your facebook LIKE also. Thanks
