You can't advertise on Facebook after signup because it is super duper suspicious activity to Facebook. And also why not you are using your account if you have old one.

You just need any Facebook account to start advertising, or you can use another person's account to advertise, just be careful at first and read Facebook terms. If you get banned your credit card will be too, but don't worry, just start trying some ads and set low budgets, like $5/day.

Here are some instructions:

Been using Facebook ads for several month now,
what worked best is to boost posts and split test within the same campaign doing different ad sets inside that campaing.

You want to boost posts that already have engagement. To calculate that go to your fanpage and click on the number of people reached. Once in there you have to divide the number of link clicks divided the number of people reached. For example (LC 57/ PR 754)*100= 7.55% engagement. You want that number to be 5% at the minimum on a new funpage. I could reach up to 15%, which is very good.

The campaign should target one country at a time, like one for USA and one for NZ, (2 campaigns). Then each ad set is one interest only, so you have to write inside interests, for example talking about network marketing companies: amway, herbalife, avon, etc. Each interest should be at least 50k to 100k to have good reach. Don't go beyond 5 million people reach, it will be too general.

When you complete the first ad set you want to create another ad set and click change ad set, if you don't do it, it will put all the ad sets together and you won't split test the results. Then you set your budget to 5 dollars per ad set and leave it for 24 hs for Facebook to optimize it.

You will start to watch results and there you start turning off the ones that are not working and leave the ones that get the cheapest cost per engagement. My average results are $0.01 to $0.03 per engagement but be aware of the viral nature of Facebook and the copy and pictures that you are using in your post, that will change the cost, and also look at the relevance of the content, it should be 6 or up, best is 10, or Facebook will think you are bodering people if it is too low. Also be sure to not include more than 20% of text in the images or Facebook won't aprove the ad.

You can advertise through facebook when it will be old. How old ?? Facebook authority will ensure you are real or fake. So post your time line and request friend etc.

You need to add payment method to start advertise on facebook.

And yes don't forget to research before do that work. because if you do not handle , your money burn quickly .
