does that against the fb rules if the photo is exactly the content of the site? (For example, I want to share the video or gif of my wordpress site, but sometimes it doesn't display on fb group and fanpage, so can i use a screenshot transfer to the video site with this way? )

    It's not against the rules really, but things like that with the intentions of tricking the user could eventually get the post removed. Do it at your own risk and use with caution.
