Advice needed on Facebook Sponsored Posts

Hey Warriors...I need some advice from the Facebook advertising experts...I would really appreciate it.

I want to strictly target restaurant owners through Facebook sponsored posts...which tags would you add to the "Interests" field. I have "restaurant owner" selected, what else am I missing?
