My Social Media URL is Not Crawled ?

Hi all,

I have an doubt, I'm using facebook/xyz profile now i changed the same into custom url facebook/zyx but after updation it's not crawled? why? Even am updating some contents, & option >>>crawler it has been enable only! Still not crawled.

I should access to url: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url? and submit all your link in here, after google crawl , good luck
