Is there a software solution that can track conversions from a social media post (e.g. Facebook)? I am looking for a software that can tell a "journey." Something like John Doe saw this post, clicked on it and went to our landing page, and signed up/made a purchase.
Is there a single solution for tracking that down the a specific person? I am mainly concerned with using this software to demonstrate clear, explainable ROI for social media posts other than basic levels of engagement (i.e. likes, shares and clicks).
