Advice on Facebook campaign to drive survey participants

Hello, I've developed a strategy to use market research surveys to identify warm to hot leads and also provide big picture, client-focused research results that can be published for additional leads (press releases etc.). Not the simple surveys that you can do with a Wordpress plugin, but surveys with robust data analysis and reporting.

My audience for these surveys is Facebook, since they offer a combo of the best targeting for my particular niche, the cheapest traffic and the best conversion tracking and retargeting. There is very little out there on using Facebook for market surveys so I am having to hack a path through the jungle as it were.

Regardless of the online survey provider, I have to add something to make up for a limitations of all services. No service offers the ability to redirect survey participants to more than one 'thank you' page of your choice. Since one purpose of my survey is to 'sort' participants into cold, warm and hot leads, I need three different landing pages to target OTOs, conversion tracking, etc.

So I plan to work around that by using three separate identical surveys, and improvising a front-end sorter to direct my Facebook targeted audience to one of them. The only two ways I can think of to do this:

1. Send traffic from the Facebook ad to a landing page that forces a choice of three links to continue, based on my sorting criteria. Each link goes to a different survey.

2. Use Facebook's relatively new Carousel option to put the three choices in the Facebook ad itself, thus eliminating a step.

It seems to me eliminating a click will increase my conversion rate but I don't have a feel for whether the Carousel approach would be effective in general. Most Carousel ads are used for sales.

Here's an article that explains Carousel a bit better so you can see what I'm try to achieve: Creative Uses of Facebook Carousel Ads, by Industry | Web Marketing Today

What say you? Any better ideas?
