Best tool for automating/scheduling tweets?

In the past I used Tweet Adder until Twitter shut them down.
It was great. I could upload a bulk amount of tweets (like 200)
and it would automatically tweet my tweets (I set it to tweet once every 20 minutes)

I'm searcing for a similar tool.
Unfortunately Buffer and Hootsuite limit scheduled tweeting to only 10 per day.
Any services that offer bulk upload and allow more frequent automatic tweeting?

    I use a combination of sproutsocial and hootsuite, both generically do the same, but also offer things the other one doesn't.

    My preference is hootsuite

    I have used tweet attack pro tool and it has been of great help to me. before i discovered the tool, i used to find it very difficult just posting several tweets since I was managing twitter accounts for close to seven companies across the world. Then a friend of mine whom we work together recommended the above mentioned tool. Trust me it has been a very essential tool when it comes to all my twitter related works and tasks.
