My personal recommendation would be to use the native scheduling capabilities available on Facebook itself. It will make it easier for you to tag other accounts and pages on FB when you are sharing content.

Once you have created your post, click on the arrow next to the 'Publish' button. Select the schedule option. Then set the date and time for when you want the post to go out. When you are done click on 'Schedule'.
