Typical Instagram Engagement (Likes to Followers)

Hey Warriors,

What do you find is the typical percentage of likes-to-followers you see on your IG account?

For me it's about 4-5% when I don't hashtag posts, but up to a good 10% when I do hashtag (since non-followers see the posts as well).

I know it all depends on content, type of IG account, etc., but I'm curious to see what you guys are experiencing.

  • I guess it is about the same for me. I have around 10 followers though I do not follow anyone. When I use the best tags I get about 22 to 30 likes and sometimes one or two comments.

    • Make your IG account AGED. the last time I post on my IG was last week and until now I see some people liking and following my account. Make a Popular niche and use tags.

  • Aside from how catchy your post are on instagram, hashtags are as important as it is.
    If you use generic popular hashtags then you are most likely to get likes; getting followers on the other hand will depend on what you share. Make sure you have a consistent and interesting feed.
  • good hashtag give you good impression in your images.
  • Hashtag is definately would give better results compared to non-hashtag. Using hashtag is a way to draw more specific traffic.
  • Use of proper hash tags can increase your likes and followers and make your posts more specific.
