Youtube Marketing Ideas

I need some youtube marketing ideas. How can I get more and more views. People who has good amount of subscribers they are getting good amount of views. But people who don't have, they are not getting. So this is impotent to gain some subscribers as well as views. How to get them? Any idea?

I usually do a good description for the video, and promote them on facebook and other social medias, so peoples will feel interesting.
And I also try to forum on several forums.

    Paid traffic can't give traffic continuously. I need some forums to post do followlinks. Like topix or reddits. So I can make the SEO of the youtube video more strong.
