Best way to upload videos to Instagram from Mac or PC

Hi guys,

I've been making some videos on my mac with premier and I'd like to upload them to instagram via my mac. How can I do this and what software is the best for it. I just downloaded gramblr - wouldn't even work and blue stack seems like too may ads and offers throughout the software.

What would you recommend?

    You need to use a phone. IG sandboxes accounts that use desktop based apps.
