Facebook Insights Export Inaccurate?
I exported my post data for the past month and I noticed some inaccuracies with the data. For instance, excel from the insight export claims that a post was made to my client's account at 4:00 AM. The post was, in fact, posted at 7:00 AM.
When I check the post tab from the Insights interface (in Facebook, not the excel export), it verifies that the post was made at 7:00AM. The excel data claims it was at 4:00AM.
Can someone please explain these inaccuracies? I want to optimize my posting schedule, but its difficult to do that when the data isn't completely accurate.
I noticed a few other posts made before 5:00AM, I know that no one is posting to this account that early.
