There is only one way I know of that you can legally use someone else's video as your own on your channel.

If you go to youtube, and use the search bar. Then filter out your search results with the creative commons options. Now all your search results will be videos listed under creative commons.

Go to the video you would like to use. Then click on the description, and go all the way down to licenses. You should see a "remix video" link. Click it, and now you can freely use that video for your channel.

    A couple notes:
-The videos you find under creative commons will be very limited.
    - These videos are usually LQ but there are some exceptions.
    - I suggest just making your own content, so you can provide better quality.

I hope this helps you out in some way, and take care buddy

honestly i'd recommend against it. If you don't own the right of a video, don't post it up on your youtube channel. it's not worth the trouble

I have a novel idea. How about you ask for permission from the video creator.

You can download any YouTube video using save from.net free downloaded and then you can upload it to YouTube. But you really need the owners permission.

Whenever I have a client who wants me to edit their YouTube video to add an introduction I use this great tool.

First you should definitely ask author about permission, otherwise it will be theft of copywritght.
