I've run campaigns and had moderate success. I wondered if hiring a FB guru is worth it to kick it up? Thanks.

    It depends on the expertise you are looking for. If you have no experience in targeting, writing high-quality copy, or creating interactive content then it's definitely worth it. It's easy to spend money for small returns if you aren't sure what you're doing. What sort of help are you looking for?

    Why don't you give us more info so that we can give you a proper advice? Its like asking financial consultant which investment plan is better without giving any information regarding any of them. For example, if you make profit of 500 bucks per months, you won't be able to hire a guru because he will be too expensive (I am exaggerating a bit but you got my point).
