Push notifications on facebook business page messages
Hi Guys
99% of our enquiries come from phone calls, web forms, live chat and direct emails.
We do get an occasional enquiry via facebook every few days. I want the admin team to be notified immediately when a new facebook enquiry comes in but I don't want them logged into facebook via a browser all day.
They all have facebook accounts set up specifically with their work emails for the business page.
How can I get facebook to email their email adresses whenever a private message is made via the page?
I've looked at the settings and I cannot figure out what else I can do to ensure that this happens.
